For 2026, the University will observe fifteen (15) holidays. Twelve (12) of these occur on the following dates:

Three (3) additional floating holidays are granted under the University’s holiday policy for 2026. Employees may request these holidays with supervisor approval.
At this time, the University plans to continue its practice of closing most offices and general operations during the Christmas – New Year’s holiday period (Thursday, December 24, 2026, through Friday, January 1, 2027). Employees not required to work during this time shall use vacation, personal days, and/or floating holidays on December 28, December 29, and December 30. Offices will re-open on Monday, January 4, 2027.
